Recorder records the screen with hardware encoding (NVIDIA NVENC, AMD AMF, Intel Quick Sync or Windows Media Foundation, software as the fallback) and keeps an optional replay buffer, so the last moments can be saved as a clip with one key.

Two scenes, Recording and Clipping, each with its own profile so clips and recordings can have different quality.
Replay buffer
Keeps the last seconds in memory; press F8 in any game to save them. It is off until you switch it on, because it encodes continuously.
Profiles
Resolution presets up to 4K, frame rates from 24 to 240, H.264, HEVC or AV1, constant, variable or quality-based rate control, MP4 or MKV. Import and export profiles.
Live preview
See the frame straight from the GPU or the real encoder output, and judge sharpness pixel for pixel.

Hotkeys
F8 saves a clip, F9 starts and stops, F10 pauses, F11 mutes the microphone. All can be changed.
